It is unclear whether the teen will be charged as an adult, but already forensic psychologists have pegged her as a psychopath and have given her a quick diagnosis of anti-social personality. It has been reported that Elizabeth Olten played with the little sister of the teen. What may be just as shocking to grasp as the horrific crime, is the fact that authorities state that the murder of Elizabeth Olten was planned. Her twitter page consisted of poetry that borders on the macabre, or dark. Now, attorneys say the writings and postings could be used as evidence against her. Though her pages have been quickly removed from the websites, they have been downloaded, copied and printed by many throughout the blogosphere. On the other side, defense attorneys have also stated that the postings might be able to prove an insanity defense or at least show that she had mental issues going on, and should not be held accountable for her crimes. In one YouTube video, the girl is seen electrocuting herself and her little brother on an electrical fence. The behavior is startling similar to that of notorious serial killers. There is no doubt that the nation is shocked to witness this type of deranged behavior in a 15 year old girl. Her alleged hobbies were cutting and killing and it is quite possibly that she has killed animals in the past: a practice widespread amongst serial killers in their early years. The accused murderer will be in court in several days for a certification hearing. At that time she might be certified to stand trial as an adult. Earlier, the judge has determined that the hearing will be open to the public, though no cameras will be allowed in the courtroom. Should the suspect be certified to stand trial as an adult, her name will be publicly released to the media. |

She should be certified to be tried as an adult and then her name and her weird posts will be exposed for all to see. ABC News reported that the suspect actually called Elizabeth on her cell when Elizabeht was on her way home and “invited” (ABC’s words) her to come back to the suspect’s house. EVIL. Ever seen the play/movie “The Bad Seed”?

If guilty, the girl has committed a hideous crime and should be removed from the general public….but…. I look forward to the day when we understand the human brain and can recognize and hopefully heal those who are mentally broken. One day we will look back at how we treat mentally handicapped individuals and it will seem very similar as to how those with leprosy were once treated.

What is happening with our children? This is a call for help for all children. Of course she is guilty. Some of this is mentally but some of this is anger, hatred from what someone has. Where are these parents, let me guess the bars or strung out on drugs? Not so much that but with both parents working and a child comes home to an empty house. What can we do to help? I feel for everyone in this case. I have 9 children and have been very blessed to have raised them well. To love others and ALWAYS give a helping hand to anyone asking. Lets take more time to spend each day with our children, ask them how their day was and what they might need.

People
I suggest that you wait before you judge this child..Reason? We do not know if she acted alone and we do not know and will not know until the grand jury returns an indictment how this child was killed.
What I do know is that the alledged killer is a throw away child who lived with others, however i refuse to believe that she/he should not be punished but i refrain from judgement because if the killer is 15yrs old and doing things like this..She/he is crying out for help..
Have u not noticed that a lot of the questions have yet to be answered? Cause of death, time of death, name of accused etc.
You are right when u say that we should be paying attention to our children but as a defender of childrens rights to a fair trial i am concerend that the prosecutor will try to make an impression and thereby enter into a bit of prosecutorial misconduct to get a conviction.
This killer needs help and justice must rise to the top.
Wait for the truth
Peace to all
Trust me people tere is more to this story
