Anna Nicole Smith Clown video
When discussing her pregnancy, Anna Nicole Smith stated that her baby was on the floor (a doll that would cry). When Riley told Anna Nicole Smith that her baby was in her stomach (Dannielynn Hope Birkhead) Smith replied that she had gas and needed medicine because her stomach hurt. Riley even repeatedly stated to Howard that Anna had brain trouble. When she asked Howard to take the batteries out of the doll to prove to Anna that it wasn’t real, Howard replied, “How do you know that it’s not a real baby?” Continuing throughout the tape, Anna Nicole Smith tends to the doll as if it were a live baby and though Riley Shelley repeatedly told Anna that it was a doll and not a live baby, Anna did not seem to understand. She continued to dress, kiss, and change the doll’s diaper, all the while talking lovingly to the doll. Howard K. Stern never stopped rolling the tape or demonstrated any obvious concern for Anna Nicole’s delusional state. Howard Stern, physician Sandeep Kapoor, and psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich have all been charged with providing illegal drugs to Anna Nicole Smith and keeping her in a drug induced stupor until the time of her death. Born Vickie Lynn Marshall on November 28, 1967 Anna Nicole Smith was pronounced dead on February 8, 2007. Her son, Daniel Smith died on September 10, 2006 while visiting his mother in the hospital room after Anna Nicole had given birth to her daughter, Dannielynn (her name was changed to Dannielynn in memory of Daniel). An autopsy on Daniel Smith showed that he had died due to a combination of Zoloft, Lexapro, and methadone. Those who knew Anna Nicole Smith stated that she was devastated over the loss of her son Daniel and never recovered. Attorneys for Howard K. Stern state that the clown video of Anna Nicole was staged and that she was simply acting for the camera. However, autopsy records do not lie and it was concluded that when Anna Nicole Smith died she had the following combination of prescription drugs in her body: topiramate, meprobamate, methocarbamol, clonazepam, diazepam (Valium), nordiazepam, lorazepam, and ciprofloxacin. It was ruled that a toxic combination of TCE (Noctec) or Chloral Hydrate. Chloral hydrate is a sedative and hypnotic drug. Noctec is a prescription medication often used as a sedative. On February 27, 2007 it was confirmed that Anna Nicole Smith died from toxic levels of chloral hydrate or Noctec combined with other prescription medications.

The Los Angeles Superior Court released a video filmed by Howard K Stern revealing Anna Nicole Smith in clown makeup and completely out of touch with reality. Though Anna Nicole Smith was pregnant at the time of the video, her apparent troubles with reality appear to go unnoticed by Howard K. Stern. Included in the video is Riley Shelley, a daughter of a friend of Smith’s. Shelley seemed to have difficulty comprehending Anna Nicole Smith’s delusional behavior, while Howard K Smith never failed to stop rolling the cameras. At one point in the video, he even remarks as to how much the tape is worth.
