Judge Stan Strickland issued his ruling and declared Casey Anthony indigent, the decision comes on the accused murderer’s 24th birthday. Yesterday, Casey Anthony appeared in court where a number of issues were addressed: how much money she has received, how her defense attorneys have spent $275,000, and the public release of nearly 50 inmate letters that were illegally communicated in jail. Judge Stan Strickland reviewed how Casey’s team of defense attorneys have spent $250,000 in court costs and determined Florida taxpayers will cover Casey’s attorney fees.

The approval doesn’t mean that Casey Anthony’s defense is at liberty to spend the taxpayer’s money in any manner they want. They will be required to submit their costs to the court and their fees and rates will be subject to approval.

Since the last testifiable person to be with Caylee alive (Casey) it stands to reason that that same person is solely responsible for Caylee’s demise. Keeping this in mind, how can anyone except Casey explore the possibility the when, where, and whom got ahold of Caylee? My understanding is that Casey will not testify at her trial. (Not that anything she would say could be credible) Having followed this case I do not know of anyone that ever seen this Zenaida Gonzalez except Casey therefore that person is fictional at best. She’s guilty by reason without a doubt.
