Kyron Horman update: Polygraphs, Terri Horman and turning tips into leads
Though officers did not say that there were new leads in the Kyron Horman case, they did explain the process behind turning tips into leads during a press conference held yesterday.
They also said that polygraphs are an investigative tool that are used to help further the investigation. Captain Reisner, speaking at the Kyron Horman press conference, did not mention specifically the allegation that Terri Horman failed a polygraph test.
Investigators explained that numerous tips come through the tip line and those tips are recorded and then evaluated. Some tips are dismissed as non credible, while other tips are followed and turned into leads. Exactly what leads investigators are following was not released due to fear of compromising the investigation into Kyron’s whereabouts.
Though Terri Horman has not been named a suspect or person of interest in the case, focus continues to speculate that she is involved. Kyron Horman’s mother and father have said publicly that they believe Terri Horman has hid Kyron somewhere and that he is just waiting to be found.
Others fear a fate much worse has fallen upon Kyron Horman.

IS the biological mom paying child support. I just learned today the that biological mom’s husband is a detective. Detectives are smart about these kind of things.
Where is this husband that day of disappearance. That landscaper who said that he was contacted by Terri to kill someone, are you sure hes not connected to this detective?
If the biological mom is paying child support, I would bet that the stepfather wanted the support to stop.

Liz, First of all Kaine Horman did not leave the biological mother for Terri, They were already apart. The biological mother went to Canada for Medical Treatment and Terri was helping the father take care of Kyron. It seems to me that she offered to help the dad so taht she could get an ” In ” with Kyrons father. She did what she needed to do to ” get ” Kyrons father and that was take care of Kyron. After she had him what did she need the boy for???
Wow, Liz. That’s pretty ridiculous considering how far the bio mom and step dad live away from the school, the fact that they passed their lie detector tests, and EVERY ONE of them have been investigated….Terri is the only one with a story that’s not checking out. DeDe has even turned on Terri- DeDe’s lawyer stated that he would be surprised if Terri didn’t go to jail, he also stated that DeDe is no longer speaking to Terri. Now, whether that is because DeDe knows something she didn’t know before, is trying to bail her own behind out of trouble, or she has been legally advised not to—ALL of those scenarios point yet another finger at Terri Horman’s guilt. I think who is being focused on is EXACTLY who needs to be focused on.

Liz, Terri is only free because they want enough evidence to completely sink her. They already have probable cause to arrest her, its been in several news reports. Most cases take longer than this to arrest the suspect, ie-Diana Downs was arrested 8 months after she shot her children. As far as her taking care of Kyron, do you know how many men and women leave their children in the care of a person that abuses or harms them? They don’t do it purposely, they don’t see the person’s dark side until it is too late, and some of them still don’t believe it when its shoved in their faces. MOST CHILD ABUSE/DISAPPEARANCES/MURDERS ARE COMMITTED BY PEOPLE CLOSE TO THE CHILD!! And the detective thing wasn’t clever, they aren’t “conspiring” against Terri. What would be the purpose? They could’ve “conspired” against any of them.
Liz, I am sorry that people are calling you names. I think you raised a very good idea. I wonder a lot about the biological mother and some of the things she has said. If she felt Terri was so bad why has she not tried for more custody. Why did she make comments that she wasn’t worried until 4 weeks after the fact that her son was missing. Also, the bio mom and bio father talk too much. But at the same time Terri seems odd too. I am not sure who did it but bottom line I really hope this boy is alive and they find him. I want so badly for this child to be found it is too heart breaking to see these missing children come up dead. But everyone needs to stop looking solely at Terri and question all the evidence. There is something fishy about bio father, bio mother, step dad and step mom. People need to stop looking at the obvious and look at all the facts the police have put out there. Not what the bio parents are feeding us.

If I were the bio Mom you couldnt get me pried off that Terre woman’s throat. I would not let go until she told me where my son was…PERIOD. Of course, you never know how you wil act until it happens to you but I would not be able to keep a straight face, talk so “calmly” to the media all while that witch walks/talks and sleeps comfortable knowing full well where/what happened to that boy.
From there very first photos you can tell she is sheepishly looking at the Mom and media with guilt. She can’t believe what she has done..
Ya know, I see this all the time on the news channels, these white trash, a-moral, clueless women murder innocent lives without a motion of care for the victim, only themselves when they get caught.
To me, there is little doubt the child is dead. She has no care other than herself. It is so “textbook white trash” to be “sexting” it up with some guy days after she committed the worst crime you can think of..hurting a child.
The only thing I can’t figure out is “why” she thought taking out the son would make a difference? She obviously wanted the husband dead..so she went after the son? the only thing I can come up with is take out the son so all the insurance money she gets from taking out the husband (later) will go to her? Otherwise I dont get why she took the son unless it was to get back at the husband for something..hurt him where it hurts most? So sad and yet so “typical”. Sadly our world is filled with these degenerates who are walking vaginas that only think about sex and themselves.
This justice system in this country really needs some tweeking. They have a ton of evidence implicating Terri H. Because of the way the justice system works the investigators hands are tied in a lot of situations or they could blow the case. I think in a situation where it concerns a missing child and they have a large amount of evidence implicating someone they should be able to torture her until she reveals what she did with this kid. The sooner a child is found the better chance they have of being found alive. What the parents must be going through is insane. And what about Terri Hs’ friend. What is up with the stupid smug smirk on her face as if she knows something but is not saying. WTF. Maybe someone should take one of her kids until she comes clean let her see how it feels
I also would definitely be all over that “friend” that Terre was “sexting” it up with. Even if he did get it on with her later he would be suspect since he is involved with her. He may know something or have had an affair for awhile with her.
AND, I do believe it is Terre that is guilty of this however I would still be investigating the Dad. Sure, he is all concerned Dad now but it does speak volumes for someone to marry a person that has no regard for his life OR obviously an innocent child and have no clue. I saw an interview where he said he had no clue she would want him dead? Really….I guess it doesnt surprise me a man would not know..they seem to be so clueless of everything else when it comes to marriage…but I have to tell you..living with this person and not seeing her dark side to this degree? Hello everyone. Honestly, has anyone official stated that so & so passed or failed any polygraphs? I have not seen any official statement that says anyone passed or failed. I could be wrong but just wanting clarification. I do agree with “liz” that all avenues need to be investigated.
I do feel, like others, that they whole bloody lot of them are different, but it is not a crime to be “different”.
If…a big if…Terry had nothing to do with this, she will never get this stigma off of her, never. Sad that one gets convicted in the media before any trial. Look at Jonbenet Ramseys parents. They did not talk to police either after time and lawyered up. I do no think they killed their little girl. The media tried to fry them in the court of public opinion when they stopped talking to police. I do not blame them. When police are under public pressure to make an arrest, their work can become less than stellar. Around here, it has happened before. In the mid 80’s Glen Dale Woodall was convicted as a rapist. After time in prision, dna proved he was not the rapist. There was intense pressure on law enforcement to make an arrest because of multiple rapes that had occured in the area. Google his name and you will see what I am writing about. That man to this day gets looked at differently than had he not been labeled a rapist.
I hope that Kyron is found safe and feel for all parties that had nothing to do with his disapearance. For the person or persons who put this chain of events in motion, you reap what you sow.

I don’t think the biological mom or dad or stepdad had anything to do with Kyron’s disappearance. Terri is a nut, she had it all planned out that day. She took his picture at the school, he had the CSI t-shirt on, then she says she drove around for a while because her daughter had an earache, then went to work out at the gym?? When she got home she went on her computer and right away had the picture on her facebook. I thought the daughter wasn’t feeling good? She looks guilty as ever and that DE DE lady is shady, it’s written all over their faces THEY know what happened to Kyron. If someone can ask a person to kill their husband god only know’s what their capable of doing. If your that unhappy get a divorce. My opinion if your innocent why does Terri need a high power lawyer??
