Though the restraining order alleges that Terri Horman attempted to solicit a landscaper in a murder-for-hire plot, she has not been named a suspect, indicted, arrested or charged with any crime.
Kyron Horman remains missing and some suspect that Terri Horman and an accomplice have hid him. Others fear that she may have killed the young boy. Terri Horman has been evicted from the home she shared with Kiara, Kyron and Kaine and now lives in Roseburg, Oregon with her parents. An intense divorce battle is being waged between Terri and Kaine Horman and he demands to know where she obtained the money for her divorce attorney. He has asked the judge to determine whether or not the funds came as a result of their marriage and if so, he wants half of the funds back.

Perhaps this money, $350,000, came from selling a child for adoption. Also, an individual who is capable of plotting to kill her own husband is certainly capable of getting rid of a child in some manner, especially since this seven year old is able to tell the father of any behavior that is not normal. In other words the child was in the way if the mother wanted to do things that were not on the up and up. My prayers go out to the family, especially to the parents and stepdad, who are suffering. May this story have a successful ending.
